This used to be my favorite chipotle. I came here the first time I ever had chipotle. However never again am I coming here and literally cannot warn you enough your better off driving 10 minutes more to the one in South Gate. I ordered Uber eats a couple weeks ago and they left out my guacamole I paid for and the signature queso in my burrito. I thought okay a mistake I’m willing to brush off. But then I actually went on a Saturday afternoon. They had atrocious customer service and when it came to the building of my burrito it was pathetic. My burrito was falling apart and my girlfriends quesadilla was also a mess. The attitude during the payment was a end game for me. Don’t come here.
My gf had went to buy food for my son and turns out everything was nasty . Rice was too hard and undercooked , guac old and hot , and the mess that was in the plate as well m I tried calling to let then know that it wasn't acceptable for kids . I'm sorry but if I can I would leave no stars to this location . I only wanted a replacement for my sons food or my money back . Either one ..
I placed an order for an online pickup . After waiting for 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready . A worker told me my order wasn’t ready to be picked up yet . So finally after another 10 minutes I go to check up on my order and they said it was there the whole time and now my food is cold and I’ve waited 30 minutes for nothing .
Be careful when ordering delivery/pickup from this location! I have ordered delivery directly from the chipotle app and the food is constantly made incorrectly. My sister had ordered veggie burrito but somehow steak was still added. I ordered and PAYED a double meat bowl there was no meat.
