I bought 4 bowls, the server was tossing the food in the plate. I simple ask her to be more gently. As the food was all over on the counter. She started yelling at me that she has a line and she's doing her job. Regardless of the line I was also in the line waiting patiently for my food she has no right or no reason to disrespect me. I was with my son so I didn't want to create a scene but it's the nastiest service I have ever receive . I don't know where she got her training from but that is a reason why Chick-fil-A will always stand out as the best service for fast food restaurants because their service is very very good and they are not disrespectful to their customers. we are all paying...
Had to go back several times cause they messed up online order 1st time gave me the bag with correct name and order info but wrong food inside...different order completely...2nd time it wasn't the right order...ordered extra everything and it was even less then what a normal order would be..so i go back a 3rd time I gave food back and asked them to put money back on card and they said I had to go online/call customer service. They offered no apology no nothing. Unorganized and management on 11/17 pm shift sucked. Will never eat from this place or Chipotle again. Ordered with my Family last night. The order was delayed but no worries. Problem is, if that's the case, shouldn't it be right. After a few bites, I realized my burrito had no lettuce or cheese we ordered. Ask everyone about there's and same...no lettuce or cheese. This is the second time they've messed up my order here. No point in calling, clearly they have issues and don't seem to want to fix them. This location wasn't always like this. Seems the service went down and has remained bad for a while. So, maybe this and other reviews will warn others that this location isn't the best. So unlike the service this company is known for.
Order 4 meals through Uber Eats and only received two bags of chips and two chocolate milks for my kids. Talked with the Uber driver and he explained how he argued with the employee(s) for 5 minutes that our order couldn’t be right due to the amount of food ordered and the size of the bag they gave him. No one did a second check and they insisted it was “good”. Never again Réservez une table maintenant
The food is excellent, but the service can be quite disappointing at times. Some of the staff have an attitude that makes me hesitant to return. They rarely smile and aren't very friendly. There's no warm welcome, and it often feels like they want you to order immediately, as if you're inconveniencing them by being there. Overall, the service leaves much to be desired!
Everything was overcooked. Stingy portions. Very sloppy service. Served cold. Do not dine in; very unsanitary. One server even served a customer without gloves and forgot; until she noticed. She did apologized to the customer and they still charged the customer for the food. Couldn’t been me! Last time coming here! It’s not worth it..bless your food before eating it!
Wow! This place has made a complete turnaround. I waited just 5 minutes for my DoorDash order, and they actually kept me updated that my food would be ready soon, which is a pleasant surprise. The staff seems to be really hardworking, unlike the usual rude and inattentive service I've experienced elsewhere. I'm really pleased to see these positive changes!
WORST LOCATION EVER WHO’s the Manager . This location needs ALOT OF HELP. they was behind on online/delivery orders/ and regular people who are coming into order as well The Line was LONG because they ran out of chicken and steak. When you get low you should have someone making more you do not wait until the last min to fix more meat. Réservez une table maintenant
I was visiting from South Carolina and found the service and food to be fantastic! My only concern was that the preparation areas weren't very clean. I noticed that the food containers on the prep table were cross-contaminated. Although it was close to closing time, I believe that food should always be kept separate.
