Chipotle Mexican Grill

I recently left your restaurant around 8pm on a Monday night. It wasn't particularly busy, but definitely not quiet either. The entire dining experience was normal and good as usual, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service we received at the cash register. The girl handling our payment was genuine and took her job seriously, despite having witnessed another customer being rude to her colleague for putting too much cheese on his order. The way she handled the situation with grace and professionalism was truly impressive. I wish I could accurately convey just how sweet and deserving of praise she is. Thank you for the great experience.

Tonight I had a brief window to grab dinner before attending an Eagle Scout ceremony and ran in for a burrito. They were out of the item I wanted but said if I waited ten minutes they'd have it. I figured ok why not. They offered me a drink and I waited. When I got my meal and went to cash out, the employee handed back my credit card and said my meal was on the house. Thank you for the great customer service, you guys made my day!

We went to support our NMB FOUNDATION and had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The staff were fantastic and the food from Chipotle was delicious. Thank you for your support! We will definitely be returning.

Delicious food. I'm pleased that the line moves quickly. I enjoy this kind of restaurant with a limited menu that excels at what they serve.
