I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill around 8:30 pm on a Saturday and found the atmosphere surprisingly calm, with only one person ahead of me and a couple of diners. The staff member who served me was quick in preparing my order, but I was confused when they took a spoonful of guacamole and then tapped half of it back into the container. I ordered a chicken bowl with black beans, brown rice, guacamole, and a small drink, totaling $14.99. Considering the meal was mostly rice and lettuce, the price felt a bit high. The menu at Chipotle offers a variety of options, but I expected better value for the cost.
It took me a lot of frustration to reach this point, but I need to speak up. This place shortchanges you on the protein. Today, I asked for extra protein because there was hardly any in my bowl. The employee just scooped one piece of steak and dropped it in, then laughed. They’ve also watered down their soda. It’s obvious they’re cutting costs and delivering a subpar experience. Prices have gone up, which I can understand due to inflation, but cheating customers is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I’m telling everyone how poorly this business operates.
I had the worst experience at a Chipotle in a long time. The server quickly threw together the smallest portions of rice, beans, and protein imaginable. When I politely asked her to provide a full scoop of each, she responded with a rude sneer. It seems like this location hires those who don’t even meet the standards of other fast food establishments.

Wow, I really love this place! I'm visiting my brother in Ontario, and he took me to Chipotle. Yes, yes! I live about an hour away from Los Angeles, but I’m definitely planning to visit this Chipotle while I'm here. You're all doing an outstanding job!
The food is delicious, but occasionally the beans or rice are not completely cooked, which can make the dish somewhat difficult to enjoy at times.
The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was served promptly. It was absolutely delicious!
