I came in about a month ago and recently wanted to add my review. I came on a Sunday during the rush hour and ordered online. I came a little after they said my order was ready. I had to wait 15 minutes, because they were so busy. After I grabbed my lunch and didn't have time to check it because I was on the way to do that. as soon as I come to my best friend house, I open my food and my whole Burrito bowl was grounded, and at this child it was not 8 pieces salat, filled halfway away. I called and a manager tells me I can get my whole order restored, gave him everything I had. I'll be there the next day and the lady tells me I can only get what they messed up. Went in once and it was disgustingly dirty. Thought maybe it was just a rough busy day and the food was okay so I went back again today. The whole inside of the restaurant was absolutely filthy. I’m talking used napkins all over the floor when you walk in, no clean tables but workers sitting down eating, staff isn’t necessarily rude but isn’t nice at all and has no costumer service skills, floors sticky and filthy, and the grossest is behind the counter where they make your food. It was covered in food, soggy lettuce, cheese dip Smeared everywhere, just plain nasty. I’ve worked the food industry for years. This location was busy, so I was going to excuse the Less Than service, but when I saw those Filthy bathrooms, the knowledge that the workers have to use them and then come out and prepare food made me ill. That fact made the chatting and long conversations between the employees while I sat and waited just that much more egregious. Literal feces on the floor and on the toilet seats. Who even does that and there is no way that the staff didn 't know. Just disgusting. The health department needs to inspect this location. *The website won 't let me post. I tried.
I didn't have much time and I could see that the parking lot was crowded, so I didn't walk in. the line was long, but they served me almost immediately! it went fast! the people on the line were beautiful, smiled, they seemed to enjoy what they did and the work in general, and it was extremely fast from the in and out! I was also very happy with the portion size of my meal. the place was full, but very clean. overall my experience here was exceptional and the food was delicious! I ordered two meals. one for today and one for tomorrow!
So, I 've eaten at this location for over six years, and I pretty much know what a burrito from there is supposed to look like. Busy lunch hour today, and my burrito is seriously shorter than normal. When I comment, the worker said oh I wrap them tighter. No, you shorted me on the contents. So you shorted me and then lied about it. But the price was the same. Guess what Chipotle? Like a lot of other chains, you 've gotten my last dime. Adios, Amigos.
I usually go here and don’t have issues. I went last night, the cashier charged me for food that I Did Not have! Then when I told her she got upset with me. The young lady that was fixing the food had to tell her that I was right and she just said, “Oh.” There was no acknowledgement of anything that I had said. I took my food left. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.
