I came in about a month ago, and recently wanted to add my review. I came in on a Sunday during rush hour and ordered online. I came a little after they said my order would be ready. I had to wait another 15 minutes because they were so busy. After I grabbed my food, and didn?t have time to check it because I was on my way to do things. Once I get to my best friend house, I open my food, and my whole burrito bowl was messed up, and at that i kid you not it was 8 pieces of lettuce, filled up half way. I called and a manager tells me I can get my whole order remade, gave him everything I had. I get there the next day and the lady tells me I can only get what they messed. I?m convinced she wasn...
The cleanliness of the restaurant was another issue—garbage was overflowing from the bins and litter was scattered across the tables and floor. The beverage station looked like it had been hit by a tornado. This was all before I had even touched my food. If the front of the restaurant looked like this, I can't imagine what the kitchen must be like. The cashier informed me that they were out of chips until the next delivery, but how does that happen? Customer service was lacking as well; it was off-putting to see the cashier touching her mouth and face, then handling cash, and immediately afterward, touching customers' food without washing her hands. Went in once and it was disgustingly dirty. Thought maybe it was just a rough busy day and the food was okay so I went back again today. The whole inside of the restaurant was absolutely filthy. I?m talking used napkins all over the floor when you walk in, no clean tables but workers sitting down eating, staff isn?t necessarily rude but isn?t nice at all and has no costumer service skills, floors sticky and filthy, and the grossest is behind the counter where they make your food. This restaurant was quite busy during my visit, so I was prepared to overlook some service issues. However, I was deeply disturbed by the condition of the bathrooms. It was unsettling to think that the staff have to use those facilities and then come back to prepare food—it made me feel quite ill. This realization made the lengthy conversations among the employees while I was waiting even more frustrating. There was actual feces on the floor and toilet seats, which is hard to believe the staff wouldn't notice. It was absolutely disgusting. This place was busy, so I wanted to apologise the Less Than service, but when I saw this Filthy bathroom, the knowledge that the workers had to use it and then come out and the food made me sick. This fact made the conversation and long conversations between the employees while I sat and waited only so much more gregious. Literal faucet on the floor and on the toilet seats. Whoever does this and there is no way that the staff didn't know it. Just disgusting. The health department must check this place. *The website did not post me. I tried.
I would not recommend this restaurant. There was no hand sanitizer at the entrance, and the staff couldn't provide any information about its availability in the bathroom. The food was disappointing; the cilantro rice was under-seasoned, and the fajita vegetables were lackluster. To top it off, I noticed flies on the cup lids. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail were quite concerning.
I strongly recommend avoiding Zero Stars for mobile orders. They are often not prepared and frequently overlooked. The quality of both food and service varies greatly. The only reason I find myself here is its convenient location near my healthcare workplace. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this restaurant.
This place is always out of something I keep here several times a week and rarely get what I want. Today they are from the vinaigrette and fajita veggies, who is responsible for food orders, must do a better job. If I can't get the toppings I want, I shouldn't hold on to paying the same price. Manager told me they don't make quesadillas in person only made if you order online. How is that any different?? Ridiculous. Also all the drink machine was broken. The food I did order wasn't even hot. Save your money and go to chick fil a next door. It's cheaper and better and better service
