I can’t give zero stars?This is the third time I have experienced the worst customer service in the fast food industry at THIS LOCATION. I took a 30 min. Break and timed my pick up to where I can have plenty of time to eat. I was promised the food at 7:00. At 7:20 there were several orders before mine.The manager had no solution in making this happen faster. It’s really irritating because I order through the app to save time but multiple people who went through the regular line who arrived after me got their food.Do not spend a dime here. I ordered two burritos with the same meat. The first burrito got a big spoonful of meat as usual while leaving a few scraps of meat in the bottom of their tray. Instead of calling back to the kitchen for more meat the two or three tablespoons that were left in the tray were put on the second burrito. I felt a little cheated but don’t like to complain. When they rang me up for $28+ for two burritos no sides or extras I was told I ordered the expensive meat. I complained that I hardly got any meat on one of them. All I got was a dirty look. Chipotle is going down the drain fast. The franchise that was founded on good food, with great portions, with fresh ingredients. Now want to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Even the dressing that everyone love to add to the meal is being charged. At $1.55 per not even half way filled cup is outrageous. I haven't found these price gouging shenanigans at any other restaurants but I highly recommend you STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHIPOTLE.
This is hands down the worst chipotle around. They never stock up on ingredients, and are always out of something. It's very dirty and messy, I've never seen a worker clean anything but didn't have a problem making a mess. Lastly, very slow service and you should be prepare to wait in a long line for a long time.Food: 1/5

order online for pickup. I got home and got my burrito out of the bag and had to check my acknowledgement and online order to make sure that I don't accidentally order a child burrito, as it was so tiny but judgement by other reviews portion size and accuracy of submissions seem to be a common problem for this location
Different menus for in person vs online is just stupid. There is no consistency between Chipotle locations. The location south of this one has no problem making full size quesadillas, yet this location refuses to do it unless you order through the app. There is nothing good about making this experience so frustrating.
I placed an order online and when I received my bowl, the toppings that were supposed to be in it were listed on a sticker on the lid. However, when I opened it, there were 3+ extra toppings that I did not request. This is not the first time this has happened. Overall, the service was rated 1 out of 5.
They absolutely need a new system for to go orders. I had a pick up time of 5pm and was waiting until 5:25 before they told me they “lost” my order so I had to stand in line anyways. I understand things happen but this isn’t the first time

The workers here are lazy nasty! They never clean the counter and one guy that works there said he wasn’t making anymore white rice and it was only 7:15 pm! They need to fire everyone on the front line and start over!
Great chain fast food place. Always good food and service. Only issue was the delay of my food which I ordered for pickup. Waited 20 minutes. But as I said the food is good so worth the wait. Enjoy!
