Chipotle Mexican Grill

Honestly, the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I work nearby have been going here since it opened shame on me. They were really good when they first opened but have been going really downhill since. You pick a time for your order to be ready for the drive-through and you still have to wait 15 minutes. This week alone I had to get two refunds. On Monday the line was going around the building. There was no way I was waiting on it. Today they gave me a bag that has my name on it but completely wrong food. I checked before I left because this isn’t the first time and they made the switch. Ordering online for pick up is a complete waste of time. The staff at this restaurant doesn't start making your order until you physically show up, which can result in a long wait if there are other people picking up online orders or if food delivery drivers are present. To make matters worse, the staff doesn't communicate this delay to you. When I gave my name, the worker simply entered it into the system and then went back to helping other online customers without a word to me. Later, another staff member asked me what order I was picking up for, only to inform me that they were currently busy with other orders and would get to mine eventually. Visited this location on 5/6 at approx 8pm. My family of 3 and the guests in front of us all walked out without food. The establishment was dirty, staff didn’t greet anyone. They walked away from us on line and said nothing to us. One of the employees was messing with his phone and then touching food barehanded. Lettuce was frozen. The only one hard working was the guy at the drive thru. The grill was disgusting. I won’t be back. It’s unfortunate because this is the only Chipotle in this area. Tropical Smoothie can’t open soon enough.

I've ordered take out at the Chipotle Mohegan Lake a handful of times in the past and it's a crapshoot if you receive what you ordered. My husband had ordered 2x the protein a couple of times in the past only to find that it obviously was not. I've ordered the chicken burrito bowl and have counted literally 5 tiny pieces of chicken. One thing consistent is that they will forget to pack the Chips Guacamole that you ordered. In fact, skip the chips all together as it has been consistently stale. I miss the Chipotle in NYC. ordered a chips and guacamole only thing they did right was the guac. The chips were not crunchy at all and so salty. Even told a worker there and they just looked at us clueless and told us it was from new boxes. They offered us to give us a new “bag” from the new box but it was the same thing and the chips were not crunchy at all. Didn’t bother getting my refund but never coming here again. I wish this chipotle the best and hope it gets better ??

This chipotle is the worst. The staff is wonderful but they’re always missing something. Whether is be brown rice, tomatoes or straws. I just came from there it’s 1147am and there’s no tomatoes and no fountain beverages. They just opened like come on!!! Went there one time at 7pm no brown rice. And the line is always long!!!! Only one person at the counter doing everything!!!! They have to do better!!

We have been here many times and we’ve held off on writing a review but almost every single time we pickup food from here there has been a problem with the order. Multiple times there has been meat in the order when ordering all veggie making the food inedible for some members of my family. There is always ingredients/elements of our order missing or altered. Please do better.

I ordered a bowl with extra meat and rice, along with sour cream and cheese. Despite paying for double portions, I received a bowl that was only enough to feed a 5 year old. Furthermore, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes past my food's pickup time. Réservez une table maintenant

My love to get food from here. I eat it to but not as often as my teenager. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. They also have a drive through but u have to pre order on app to use it.

The food was tasty, but all the tables, both inside and outside, were dirty. When I took my son to the restroom, it was very unpleasant. See the photo of the toilet below.
