"Nobody was in line ahead of us, and the 5 workers just went about their business filling online orders as if we weren't standing there. When we got our burritos they were a mess. They were out of some food options (chicken). Our tortilla chips were stale.They were out of knives, forks, straws, small drink lids, sauce cups. Every trash can was overflowing and the counter where wesat to eat was filthy. When we left, there were about 9 or so people in line. I can only imagine how long they're going to haveto wait"

This is one of the worse run Chipotles I have ever been to. The location is near me but I will often travel to a different Chiptole to order. Its pretty apparent that most of the staff does not care and does not want to be there. Do not botheremailing Chiptole Corporate about a bad experience because I think they have given up on the store. If you have to go do notbother going for dinner as they are constantly run out of food items like guac and fajitias. I ask the staff if they run outbecuase of supply chain issues and they said they have it but they didnt make it and they will not make more quac and fajitas at6pm when they close at 10pm. This place is a complete dissappointment and see my picture of the rotten guac they sold us, tastehorrible and smelled bad. Emailed Chipotle about it and no response. The service here is unacceptable and to serve us bad foodis really not acceptable.

My issue is when you place your order online. I order the fajita veggies with my bowl and I didn?t get any peppers& onions so I drove back to Chipotle they told me that they are out of them. I personally need that in my Mexican food to enjoy it. Theycouldn?t give me my money back because they aren?t allowed he said you have to go online to do that. I called first and got arobot then finally was to be connected to a human but they didn?t pick up. I was happy a Chipotle opened near me but I guessit?s back to Quakertown if they can?t get it together. My son had a bowl tonight he said again they must be out of the fajitaveggies because he ordered it and didn?t receive them. I don?t understand why they under order peppers and onions this is aMexican restaurant after all!!!

We?ve gone in person a few times and things were fine overall. I did an online order and picked up through the chipotlane for the first time last night. Got my order wrong. If they ran out of the peppers and onions, that?s fine, but don?t have it as anoption then!! Will never do online order again. EDIT: I?m SHOCKED at how terrible these reviews are. I left this before readingthe others. Not surprised they got my order wrong. However, the 3 times I?ve been there my bowls were a good portion. Still,don?t think I?ll be going back and wasting my money after seeing how some people have gotten sick and employees dropping food onfloor, stale food etc. ????

Sloppy meal and careless Staff! I ordered a salad with chicken, vegetables, cheese, sour cream. The person at the counter said they didn?t have any more lettuce but they could put some shredded in. They were only two employees who were talking amongstthemselves and not addressing me. Then their friends came in and they were fraternizing with them. What I ended up with was abowl of fajita vegetables, black beans, with sour cream on top. There was hardly any lettuce, hardly any Chicken, and a fewpieces of steak found in there randomly. This is a pathetic representation of the chipotle chain that used to be so good.
