I must be insanely lucky given that I’ve never had any major issues with my experience buying food here. Seeing A LOT of 1 reviews was actually a surprise to me. I go here so often that I have accumulating 12,000+ points in the app this Quarter at this specific location.Some tips to anyone buying here: If you’re ordering on the app, pay close attention to the order ready status. There will be possible delay, but if you follow it, most of the time you’ll get your food as soon as you show up.Its honestly a workaround that should be solved by the business, but if you want the least amount of friction, follow the order status and not the pickup time. It's disappointing because I've visited this restaurant many times, and each experience has been marred by a group of teenagers treating it like a hangout spot instead of taking the job seriously. They seem to lack fundamental skills in work ethics and customer service, which are essential in this business. As a well-known corporate chain, I am surprised that such poor management and lack of adult supervision are tolerated. Negative 10 stars! Absolute WORST chipotle around!!! The place is trash that is filled with trash employees. I walked into an empty establishment, and the first thing I noticed was every single table was filthy with dirty, used food all over them. Walked up to the counter with about 6 staff members working behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged me, but continued on with their obnoxious conversations, after two of them made eye contact with still no acknowledgment I walked out, needless to say it was probably for the best because of the dirtiness of this establishment, on top of the food looking stale and in unsanitary conditions I probably would’ve have been sick if I had eaten...

Worst chipotle ever. ALWAYS check your order. It is never correct. Tonight I drove 20 minutes to pick up this order, the bag had my name on it but the order inside couldn't have been more wrong and had someone else name on it. I called the corporate headquarters because when you call the store you only get a BOT. Chipotle corporate headquarters offered me.a free drink to compensate me. The parking lot was bustling when we arrived. We went inside, and I ordered a veggie burrito to enjoy in the car with my daughter. The burrito was so overstuffed that I could barely pick it up! It was absolutely delicious, and I ended up getting three meals out of it. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Out to dinner with 5 friends, service was excellent in helping to decide what to order and building our bowls, super friendly employees. Nice variety to make burritos, bowls, tacos.Parking: They share a parking lot with Marzano's pizza next door, so a full lot could still be quick service. Front and back entrance

Update: I took a few bites, and the meat is very dry and salty. It feels like they just gave me the dregs from the bottom of the pot. I'm really frustrated that I wasted my time and money—I should have just gone to McDonald's where at least the food is hot!

Best customer service since I’ve been at Chipotle. Cris and Fatima greeted us and Cris took and made our order. My quesadilla was excellent and my boyfriend’s Carnitas bowl was also excellent. The food was also very delicious !! Recommend the chicken : Réservez une table maintenant

I was craving some late-night Chipotle, so I decided to stop by. Unfortunately, they forgot to include my sour cream. It’s disappointing when you don’t get everything you paid for. I really need that sour cream!

Waited in drive thru line 15 minutes just to have missing chips that we paid extra for and cold food in the bag!! Thanks Chipotle!!! Good job!! Keep it up!!
