Here 's a story about this place that just happened. I ordered a chicken bowl with Veggies. 1/3 of my way through my meal I bite down on something that is hard and crunchy. I try and spit out what I had bit into but with the rice veggie and chicken, I couldn 't find what it was. Thinking that this might have been a one-off situation, I continued my meal until I bit down into another one of whatever it was and this time I pulled out what looked like a little micro sized rock. It was hard in texture and I immediately complained to the manager. This lady immediately starts to defend this situation by saying that it 's part of the rice!!! Are you kidding me! Ok the food is amazing I love eating waba but this location is so depressing no one smiles are greets you says thank you or good. I came in today and felt like I was a bother the cashier was to busy for me as she was taking my order and talking to another customer at the same time I asked her again if she understood my order I said I wanted a chicken plate only rice and chicken she said ok . And so I said so only rice and chicken she pointed at the menu and says it comes like that and then walks away I said I understand but I only want rice and chicken so she comes back and says so no salad you want to sub it for rice and I said yes so I got charged a separate amount of 55 cents witch I don'...
2 stars for nice guy at register and mice lady cook. But the young girl has a attitude. Never again will I come back. No reason to spend my money where people want to talk be so rude when people are being decent with you. If you're so worried about people slipping don't mol in the middle of the busiest time of the day. Also good food. I was the one in my party that chose this place. Wish we had a better experience.
Time and time again this place continues to disappoint me. I've been going there since it became Waba and I always give them the benefit of the doubt, but today will be the last time I go there. The chicken is always over cooked and hard, the avocado is always turning black in color and the service is not good. Very seldom do I get someone with a good attitude at the register.

Jasmine was extremely rude and unfriendly during my visit to this restaurant, which was also my first and last time dining there. Despite the lack of other customers, the service was still poor and unwelcoming. It is not surprising to see negative reviews about this place, as it is clear they have not made any efforts to improve their service.
TOXIC Best word to describe the environment in this establishment. I ordered almost $200 worth of food for a lunch presentation and the employees were so frightened of the owner to hand out plates with it, they had to call to approve giving me paper plates with my catering order... Would not support individuals that foster this environment.
Food was good. The manger that's a girl is horrible, she yells at her coworkers in front of costumers while she's talking to her to boyfriend on the outside tables. Management needs to talk to her.I came at night, her name might have been Jessica something with a J. Hispanic girl
Very rude if you are depressed don't come here it would only make it worse. This cashier needs to take a chill pill. looks very angry even when trying to be nice, horrible place

The steak and chicken bowl at this restaurant is very delicious. I particularly enjoyed the dumplings, as I had never tried them before but now love them.
Cashier Lupe T. had a terrible attitude and was rude to both my son and me.
