Chipotle Mexican Grill

12/01/23 4 pm Walk in to East Peoria location. No cars and parking lot. No customers in store 6 guys up front. could not get anyone to acknowledge us 5 min. we left disappointed. Wonder if their salels are down, No customer serviceI wish I would have taken pictures..When around corner to potbelly's where we were immediately serviced With only 2 people working. and dropped our money with them.

I ordered a bowl with guac and chips and guac on the side and I was delivered (through doordash) a bowl with no guac, and chips with no guac either. This isn’t the first time the online orders have been wrong, I usually have a good experience going in store, but this is frustrating! Especially since guac is pricey

Garbage service if you order grubhub/ uber eats. 6 times ordered and 100% incorrect order everytime. Would not even recommend going in person as last time the table were unclean and staff still made incorrect orders. Réservez une table maintenant

Messed up my party of 6 orders. All of them were wrong. My bowl had spicy salsa and the spicy meat. I got no meat at all and no salsa. The rice was wet.

absolutely delish! never had a bad experience! everything is always fresh and they give good amounts in the burritos! one of my favorite places to eat!

Food was pretty decent, but no guacamole at 5:45 on a Friday night. Not much atmosphere in a stainless steel dining room, but it was clean.

Say they open at 1030 I wouldn't show up til 1045 11 they never open on
