Chipotle Mexican Grill

Overall not a good location. Door was still locked at 1115am, which they open at 1030am. Food was subpar, almost as if it were just heated up from last night. No care at all in wrapping the burrito I ordered so it blew apart in 2 bites. Shelfs were not stocked, or orderly, at the beverage counter. Tabasco sauces were nearly empty, all 3 that were out, and dirty. Keep in mind all this is happening 45 minutes after they apparently opened for the day. I will find a different location to go to.

I showed up around 5:30pm and the line was almost out the door. The staff was very timely with getting through the long line of people and making sure to let every person know what ingredients they were out of (in this case, it was white rice and guacamole). The staff was hard working and all told it took about 15 minutes to get through. I fully appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff even though they were slammed!

The children working here have zero customer service training. They barley speak, didn 't realize it was my turn to order cause the kid never said hi can I help you nothing... just starred at me very awkwardly. Then continued to handle the food with an attitude. Brian Quintana had mentioned this exact issue, I read his review and agree.

I only wanted to purchase ten tortillas, but they made me wait in the back of the line behind customers who were customizing their orders. This seemed unnecessary and a waste of time. It was disappointing customer service with a lack of common sense. It was a typical experience. Réservez une table maintenant

I usually order a Chicken Burrito with white rice, pinto beans, cheese and guacamole. Sometimes with sour cream and hot salsa. This time around the chicken had so much more flavor compared to my other visits.

Went to pick up food after working my law enforcement job and at the checkout, I wasn 't givin any discount. I didn 't want to make a big deal and walked out. Will not be returning.

The rice was not cooked all the way. I had to keep repeating myself. More more! The price is kina alot for a small bowl.

Most AWFUL management will NOT trust their customer to a wrongly ordered food to be swapped out. Réservez une table maintenant
