Chipotle Mexican Grill

from here tonight ordered for delivery, which arrived 25 min after the estimate. order 2 dishes, chips guac and a side of queso blanco. both bowls had very boiled rice and we are missing ingredients. queso blanco was not included at all, but received from any reason a 2nd chip guac. the best part of the entire order: the chips. everything else was a complete disappointment, and this is not the first time that this happened from this place. the personal must be really re-trained and/or better monitored.

very bad experience! kasse kept the line too long. I complained since I was in a hurry to go back to work. the manager told me that I should be patient and that if I don't like to wait, I should go somewhere else and not come back here. she was very rude! I asked for her name and her deny! very rude and unprofessional! I never come to this place again!
