This is a half size burrito. Literally half the size of burritos ordered 2 months ago. It is not my fault your manager wants to save money on inventory I worked this exact kind of food service and I GUARANTEE this manager is trying to save money by screwing the customer. Every ingredient has an associated cost per final product. This manager is trying to make their store look better on the books by stealing from the customers. These people have the balls to charge 11$ for half a burrito.
So, you need some food, are stuck in the ritzy shopping area of Friendship Heights, and you want to be certain it's vegan go to Chipotle. Get your fill of an incredibly large serving of food, or eat half and save the rest for later. Vegan beans, tofu, guacamole, tortilla, rice and salsas, along with some green peppers, lettuce and hot sauce yum. If you dare, add in some chips, a drink and feel the bloat!
the woman at the cash register during the weekday has consistently overloaded me for meat and guak. sometimes complain for steak instead of chickens or gauc when I did not order guac. when she was confronted, she denied or acted as if I was crazy and she won't give a quit. that is disgusting and I wouldn't be surprised if she steals the money of men. they should be fired.
Yesterday 6/20/21 I went in and ordered a bowl. This was my first time in this location. I had ordered guac and to my surprise there was half a chunk of black dried up really hard avocado in my bowl. It was really gross and just ruined it for me? Réservez une table maintenant
I stayed nearby on a business trip and ordered through the app. The area is safe, and the food was ready when I got there. Everything seemed clean and in order. No complaints.
When ordering two bowls, make sure to clarify that one is vegan so they don't mix them up by accident. The staff works quickly, so speak up and be specific.
Worst management ever, very unprofessional and rude. I placed an order online and had to wait 1 HOUR for a burrito and chips !!!!! Disgusting
Rice was hard and stale, so you could tell the food had been sitting there for some time. Réservez une table maintenant
July 24 ordered crispy tacos. They were so stale. Store smelled funky too.
