The worst of the worst chipotle's! I've been burned more than once at this location and this will be last time. Placed an order online, promptly received a confirmation and charge to my credit card only to arrive to a closed restaurant! Then someone who works there finally says sorry they cant do anything and to call chipotle to refund. I wonder if they will refund the gas money too it took to get there to pick up my order! Just ridiculous!!
good food is served immediately in a fast food setting. difficult to do in today's world of broken supply chains and shortage of work. no negative at this chipotle mexican grill. eating was fantastic. only my problem. I like spicy eating, but can't enjoy it because too much spicy my bauch irritates. I forgot to ask which sauce is hot, green or red. it is common and green. it tastes good, but was hot, hot. should have been red.
This location is a complete disaster. I ordered online for pickup and when I got there many online customers were waiting for their orders. No online orders were being worked on. Then the employees started fighting behind the counter. Not going here ever again. Seems like nobody in charge and nobody cares about customer service or proper food safety. Stay away from this location.
My family and I have ordered chipotle here multiple times, the online ordering does not work. The meat is all burnt and over cooked, the rice is way over salted. I usually don’t write things on reviews but this has been multiple times something has been wrong whether it’s ordering or the food quality itself. Please fix these issues. I ordered u we eats at this location and the driver wasn’t the problem. I was just dissatisfied with the quantity for the amount of money, the cheese topping was touching the bottom of the bowl on both ends. Idk if portions have changed, but this was not worth the money. I only took one bite out of the bowl where my fork is.
This is the worst Chipotle in Harford County. It is consistently dirty, the food is always overcooked, and the drinks taste like what I imagine toilet water would taste like. The only positive is that the employees are friendly, but even they seem to be constantly changing, with new faces but the same ongoing problems.
This has to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. They never have all the ingredients. If you don’t get there by 5pm just know they won’t have any meats. How is this place still open? I’ve been giving them chances for the past year and food just gets worse every time.
The rice was overcooked and half of the items on the menu were running low or out of stock. The kitchen appeared messy and the dining room was dirty. Réservez une table maintenant
The service for mobile orders was awful. Customer service was also terrible. I do not recommend this restaurant. 0/10 rating.
