The food at this restaurant is consistently served cold. I would prefer to drive to another Chipotle, to be honest. I ordered a large meal for my family, paid, and was about to leave with my order when an employee stopped me and claimed that I hadn't paid, even though I knew I had. I told him I would pay again if he could prove that my transaction hadn't gone through, but I would be upset if I was charged twice. To my dismay, I was charged over $80 twice by Chipotle. The next day, I went in to complain and request a refund. The manager refused to refund my money and instead offered more food. I insisted on speaking with the general manager and demanded a refund for the double-charged meal. A...
My experience at this restaurant was terrible due to one of the employees. She had red hair, freckles, glasses, and slightly large teeth. My coworkers and I were waiting in line when she started glaring at us. When we asked for a moment to decide on our order, she rolled her eyes. As I tried to order with a coupon for free guac, she replied in a rude manner saying, "I have no idea" without any effort to help. The store was not busy at all, so there was no excuse for her behavior. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This restaurant is honestly the worst if you're looking for full portions. I have contacted Chipotle multiple times with no response. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you're okay with paying over $15 and only receiving half the amount of food. The service, take out meal for dinner, price per person, food quality, service, and atmosphere all rated as a 1 out of 5.

Every time I eat or shop here, my plate is always half full. I don't pay my $17 to always be dissatisfied. The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is quick. They offer vegetarian options and I always go for the vegan choices. I usually get takeout for dinner and the price per person is between $10 and $20. I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their salads.
