Chipotle Mexican Grill

1st and last time visiting this Chipotle. When we came in at 4pm on a Friday the place was empty. No customers and no employees. Then a few employees came out of the back and seemed very impatient with us, trying to rush us through our orders. They had no Carne asada or regular steak. on a Friday, early? so I got the barbacoa. Bad decision. I am typing this review from the bathroom as I am finally getting a break from vomiting. Stomach is killing me. I will never return to this Chipotle and this horrible night may keep me from ever visiting any Chipotle again. Thanks Batavia, I used to really enjoy Chipotle.

Very disappointed and frustratedTried to get food from here on February 22, 2024 at 9:25pm but when I tried to go in the doors were already locked and they told me that they weren’t serving anymore customers because they were closing early when they clearly don’t close until 10pm. They were still serving customers when I went to go try to order. No restaurant should be closing an hour or 30 minutes before close if they clearly have it posted that they are open till 10pm. Who ever the manager on duty was shouldn’t be trying to close early when that is how you lose customers and business profits.

I typically dine in at Chipotle, and the food is consistently excellent. They always provide generous portions, and the restaurant is spotless. The staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend Chipotle—I absolutely love it!

Food was amazing and service friendly, but then saw a line of 8 people come in at once. They were served and back out the door in minutes. This store's working hard to improve. Réservez une table maintenant

Great customer service, very nice workers and we got our food in a very timely fashion. We were even given an extra bag of chips.

every time I order queso Blanco on the side and on the bowl and I Pau extra for it on the bowl and they dont put it on the bowl
