Chipotle has definitely declined over the years, and this particular location is especially disappointing. I visited around 7:30 PM on a weekday, and they were out of several ingredients that they apparently couldn’t restock, despite closing at 10 PM. I ended up paying full price for a meal that was missing half the items I usually order. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue here. To make matters worse, the staff was unprofessional—rude to customers and shouting across the restaurant. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend dining here.
I am very sorry, I hate writing negative reviews. Chipotle is our favorite counter service place, and this is definitely one of the worst locations of Chipotle that we have gone to. We have gone several times, and the service is always incredibly slow. They are often out of key ingredients (tonight they were out of both chips and guacamole). They also skimp on the ingredients for the burritos, saying that they need to make sure that they have enough for everyone. It sounds like corporate is not helping this store nearly enough.
I had a disappointing experience at the Route 10 branch in Morris Plains, NJ, largely due to the host, Ashley. She was unresponsive when I inquired about the sauce, insisting that the container was empty and refusing to refill it. This only reinforced what I had heard about this location's lack of quality. I won’t be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to others. There are plenty of other eateries in the plaza where you can enjoy better service.
I'm sitting here right now and looking around at how horrible this chipotle is. The people behind the counter were so freaking rude and disrespectful. If you don't like your job then leave! Every single employee behind the counter except for the lady that rang our order clearly needs to be fired. There were six employees in a spot that could be run with only 3 total.

Disgusting store, team is not rotating food putting new on top of old. How is this store setve safe certified when they don't know the first concept of FIFO and when confronted the manager, he was unapologetic and made an excuse. Counters were filthy and nasty. Never again!! Stay away from this
It seems that every time I visit, regardless of the hour, they are out of several items on the menu. Additionally, a number of the employees, including the manager, seem unaware of the situation, which indicates a lack of preparedness. I believe there should be some changes in management.
If I could give this zero Stars I would. Chipotle overall has seriously gone downhill. I ordered a Barbacoa burrito bowl and they barely gave me enough to fill a small Dixie cup. Do
