Chipotle Mexican Grill

The dining experience at this restaurant is always outstanding, but there is no fast option available. It appears to be quite crowded whenever I visit, but the wait is worth it. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue when ordering online as someone else took our food. The manager informed us that this has happened multiple times before. The designated pick-up area needs to be relocated to a more convenient location. What should have been a quick pick-up for us on our way to the hospital turned into a nearly 20-minute wait for our order to be replaced.

If you order the delivery from this place, it is wrong. I tried several times and every time they screw up my order. This time I got Pinto instead of black beans. Instead of white rice, I don't have rice, and there is so much bean juice in the bowl it is thrown out of the bowl into the bag. Even if I want to eat it, it's like a disgusting soup. I'm going to this place and everything's good. Whoever starts here to meet here does a terrible job.

Despite the chaos and busyness of the restaurant on a weekend night, we were able to easily place our order through the Chipotle app. Our food was prepared quickly and was ready for pickup when we arrived. The customer service was excellent when picking up our order. I would recommend this place for their efficient service.

I went to Chipotle and ordered four comfort food dishes. I was amazed by this classic restaurant that has been around for 52 years.
