Sadly, this location has gone downhill over the past couple of years. Every time I order either pick-up or delivery from this location, something is wrong, missing or packaged poorly; and the management is unprofessional and unaccommodating.I used to eat here all the time — and should have guessed there were other issues when they suddenly closed down — unannounced — early one night in Dec. 2021 for a deep clean, as other locations were still open, business as usual.Today, we are missing a couple of items — AGAIN — and our three tacos are packaged together on a single piece of foil. They were so soggy that the flour tortillas had broken down and had to be eaten with a fork. Even the smallest...
I have ordered from this chipotle a few times for collection / delivery last year. my 1 star rating is because with more than 1 occasion my order for pickup / delivery order missing 1 or 2 items. the first time this happened, I just forgot it and thought it was an isolated incident. but after ordering for picking up tonight, I realized that my order was missing the side of the chips I ordered as soon as I came home. they never get the delivery or picking up from this chip location. they will be charged the full amount for them to come missing a few items.
Possibly the only Chipotle I’ve gone to where the portions are much largest than normal! I’m not complaining though, I was just taken by surprise. The staff was very friendly and quick at making the orders. The restaurant was also very clean as I saw a person cleaning tables the entire time we were there. Lunch time is a little busy since it’s across a University.
The first time I came there, they undercooked the brown rice. I decided to give them a second chance. This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and the brown rice is undercooked again! It felt like I was eating uncooked rice. It was so hard it hurt my teeth when I bit down. Absolutely awful! Please cook your brown rice longer!
