Chipotle Mexican Grill

Update: Just updating a year later that this is still the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and the original review still holds true.Honestly might be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter what time of the day or what day you come on, they WILL be out of something. Meats, fajitas, tortillas, chips, etc have all been out multiple times that I’ve been here. If there was a closer chipotle I’d never come here.

After waiting over half an hour they only managed to serve 3 people and when I finally made it to the front of the line the only food server went on break leaving just the cashier... And every time I come in they are always out of 1 or more items... Never again will I go into the Cottle location!

Lines are extremely slow compared with every other Chipotle I had been to. People cutting in line. Waited almost 30 minutes in line, only to find out no beef, no steak, no chicken, no white rice.

Pretty poor experience every time I come here. Customer service is not good, they are always out of something, and mobile orders are often over 20 minutes late.
