This was our second time at Chipotle. Our first time was great and we were very excited to come back. Our second order has been a disaster. As you can see they did not close a salsa lid so it leaked all over my car and myself. My daughter just wanted rice, steak and cheese and barely got any in her bowl. Please tell me how that is $8 worth of food? Apparently if you do not order more than 3 items you just get a mostly empty bowl. I waited an extra 15 minutes past our pick up time and saw them make our food so I assumed it would be hot and fresh. That could not be farther from the truth. I literally had to heat all our food up on the stove it was so cold. The rice was hard and not at all like our first trip. My wife called and spoke with the manager Catherine who wanted to argue instead of offering an apology. She claimed our food couldn't have been cold since it had been out less than an hour. I am also confused how you can be busy and still have cold food out (rice was nice and crunchy). We were offered some free sodas or chips and guacamole for our $30 order. We do not drink pop and a family member is allergic to avacados. This is the last time we will visit this location.
Customer experience was great all the workers were friendly and respected social distancing. It was fast and efficient. The only bad thing I have to say was one employee didn't add a extra guacamole to the people's order in front of me and said it was to late. I know that was BS and he just wanted to move on.
