I have been a loyal customer of this Chipotle location for 10 years, but I have consistently encountered employees with bad attitudes and strict mask policies. While I support wearing masks and am fully vaccinated, I believe that refusing service to customers who forget their masks is not the right approach. Honestly I have been a chipotle supporter for 10 plus years. This chipotle always has someone with a bad attitude. Or a mask policy which is fine, I’m fully vaccinated and support masks to an extent. If I forget a mask, the answer should be not to serve me. The policy states that someone will come take my order somewhere else.or here is an idea provide a mask. Not shown the exit. Very unprofessional. Food is usually good however the young kid attitude needs to be addressed. And sending people away after a long day of work is unacceptable. I came in to get two bowls, but the girls working were too busy chatting amongst themselves. When one finally came to take my order, she seemed rushed and didn't listen to my questions about the new grilled item. The food arrived cold and looked unappetizing, with excessive amounts of corn and acidic sauce. I was also given a side of pico de gallo that I didn't ask for. The restaurant only accepted card payments, luckily I had mine with me. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and the experience did not meet my expectations.
Let me start off by saying the staff is always welcoming and very attentive. It’s a blessing to have this little gem in SouthBay Center. The food is always well cooked. The line may be long at times but it’s worth the wait when you’re eventually greeted by nice young and talented people who do their best to make your experience worth your while. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick meal.

Great food. Portions are larger if you purchase in person rather than from an app. Parking in the area is difficult to navigate since it is by the mall. Many tables to sit at, but if it is crowded, you'll definitely be squished unless you eat outside. Service is quick though. Food is pretty reasonably priced if you consider the quality.
I have dined at numerous Chipotle restaurants, and this one is the best by far! The food is always fresh and hot, and the staff knows how to roll burritos perfectly. Although quality can vary at different locations, this Chipotle is consistently excellent. It is my favorite casual dining option.
Whomever is the cook here needs a raise, also please adopt their style of cook and model every restaurant after them. Best Chipotle I've even had, was so flavorful. The first bite and I was on Facebook telling everyone.
They never have the hot sauce. Like how hard is it to just start ordering more hot sauce weekly?
