I'll start off by saying they just opened and I chose to take my food to go because the trash was piled up so high. Not to mention the chicken was awful this time around. Fatty, chewy, not sure what was going on with the cook. I gave it a few tries but after multiple disappointing attempts I will not try or recommend this place. I get chipotle almost 3-5 days a week regularly. This location is 0-6 on having the Chipotle Tabasco at 8pm. That ingredient makes the whole bowl for me. Please put ALL the ingredients on behind the line. Leaving out the Tabasco causes people to over use it or steal it. I shouldn't have to wait till I've paid to be told you don't have an ingredient. 6 times in a row 6 different days. Meal should be free. Also, their old signs were in a font you could actually read. Because they raised their price, they think they can just make it unreadable and no one will notice. This is 3x 13 pro max iPhone zoom on price from back of line. i’m a chipotle addict and the boardman chipotle is trash. always doing me so disrespectful with the chicken as if they can’t share. like ik y’all got enough ????? there’s no need to be that greedy with y’all ingredients then y’all be doin “okay it’ll be extra”….better be happy i ain’t jump across that counter and scoop my own chicken. the mf with the single tooth in front of the rest gave me a good 4 pieces of chicken someone oughta slap him
Food is usually good here, but has been going downhill lately. Don’t get the tacos and if you order take out, CHECK YOUR ENTIRE ORDER!! Two weeks ago, I was missing my quesadilla from inside the container (like the entire quesadilla was missing and I only had the 3 sides for it I chose) and this tonight order was missing the side of chips salsa. I come in often and I am thankful for the service of everyone here. Communicate with the team helping to prepare your meal and what can be noticed is a direct and heartfelt response. My family and I get to try more options as we grow up and learn new methods on how to eat healthier. Absolute 5/5 stars I remember only positivity here
