I visited the restaurant with the intention of making a purchase, but I asked to use the restroom first because I did not want to eat my food in a bathroom. The restroom required a code to enter, which I was told to ask for. However, when I asked a coworker and a supervisor for the code, they informed me that I needed to make a purchase in order to use the restroom. I explained that I intended to buy something, but needed to use the restroom first. Despite my assurance that I would make a purchase, they refused to provide me, a paying customer, with the restroom code. I expressed my disappointment and frustration, and ultimately decided not to make a purchase as I found the situation absurd....

So I ordered my food through the app at 7:18 pm, the earliest time slot that was available was for 8 pm. I go into the restaurant at 8:02 pm, and my food had not even been started. When asked about the food, the manager had to search for my receipt. Only to find out that I still had a wait for the chicken and steak to get done. Another 15 minutes for the chicken and 5 minutes for the steak. Then found out while I was waiting for those items, there was no more cheese. Now I have to wait 5-10 working days for a refund. I went into the restaurant with intentions to purchase some food, but I asked to use the restroom first because i did not want to take my food into a restroom. The restroom needs a code to enter so i asked for the code. I was then told by a employee and a supervisor that i have to purchase something to in order use the restroom. Long wait times. They place priority on the online orders. They should have a separate station like the one in Clinton does. I don?t like that they talk over the food without a mask. Also, when ordering they don?t give you a chance to state what you would like?why are you asking about toppings before you even start my bowl. It just throws me off. I?ll drive a little further to Clinton.
