Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is my favorite spot. Out of all the restaurants I know, this one is my top choice. I always make it a point to visit this place whenever I can. When I'm craving a special meal, this is the first place that comes to mind. The food is exceptional and the menu is diverse. The staff is knowledgeable and the atmosphere is pleasant. And best of all, the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant without any hesitation.

I ordered two chicken burrito bowls for myself and a friend. However, when they arrived, they only contained rice and nothing else. I double-checked my order online, and it was correct, but we were disappointed to find that both bowls only had rice in them. This experience was not satisfactory, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I am frustrated that I am unable to reach a live person for assistance. The app allows me to add extra vinaigrette sauces, but I am unable to contact anyone to request just two more. I cannot leave my house because my children are asleep. I will not be ordering from Chipotle at any location in the future.

The restaurant in Deland is awful. The food is consistently cold and orders are often incorrect. Today, they served me burnt bread crumbs, barely any cheese, wrong salsa on my bowl, forgot my chips and queso, and the food was cold.
