This is of course the high end taco bell of mexican food franchises, it was late, i was hungry and lazy, i knew it was going to be the fastest thing to order. I gotta say this was very unsatisfying, too much sauces, made super sloppy, i had the barbacoa, tried to have a good balance of ingredients without over filling it, and somehow they found a way to over building my Burrito and taco 's, the cheese was clumped in one ball at one end of my burrito, and a huge amount of sour cream at the other end, their fajita veggies were overcooked and fairly flavorless, the best part of the burrito was the barbacoa, it was good but very hard to taste with the massive amount of toppings and sauces. I wanted to drop a comment about this certain Chipotle branch. I always have an awesome experience because the staff is great but one continuous problem I’ve come across at this exact location is the amount the steak is undercooked. I understand the steak is supposed to be medium rare, but it’s definitely on the rare side and I’m saying this as a long time Chipotle consumer who’s had the steak from all locations in Toronto. The steak is being undercooked at this Yonge and Dundas branch and I would appreciate if management can look into this. I visit this branch often and I love it but this is a major issue that needs to be fixed, please and thank you!
I usually can't finish a regular bowl or burrito, so I opt for the kids menu option at Chipotle, specifically the build your own tacos. The portions are great, the staff is friendly, and when I do order bowls or burritos, the portions are generous! The atmosphere is fine, although it can be a bit awkward when it's empty and the drink/condiment section is messy. Overall, Chipotle is my go-to for a good and affordable lunch. A quick tip for regular customers: sign up for their e-newsletter to receive info on "freepotles" each month, which is how I usually get free queso or guac.

On my first visit, one of the staff ruined my experience she grabbed tiny portions(way below the edge of the bowl) and never mentioned that I could add fajita veggies and all kinds of salsa for free?. In addition, the cleaning conditions were poor; there was even sauce stuck on the forks they offered.
I want to share my experience at this restaurant to warn others about the unethical practices of the management. These tactics take advantage of customers, leading to extra costs. In addition, I was disappointed by the manager's disrespectful behavior and his inability to have a civilized discussion.

I requested a veggie bowl from the restaurant, but they ended up making two without confirming with me first. When I apologized for the confusion (though it wasn't my fault), they didn't even acknowledge me. The lack of customer service was disappointing.

Expensive, Tons of rice and very scarcy meat!Good location, flavor and staff, unfortunately very expensive , sll meal I have tried have a lots of rice and very very few serving of meat.
Burrito bowl is my favourite. Food quality is very good. I go here often. Service is quick as well.
