DO NOT ORDER CHIPOTLE ONLINE!!!! Merchant stores your info and mine was used for three additional fraudulent charges at various other Chipotle.It saddens me to leave this review because I actually love Chipotles food and the buy online pick up WAS such a convenient option until I ordered from the Fair oaks CA location online and 5 days later I had three charges totaling $150 to Chipotle in Newport Beach. My online statement showed a payment method "stored by merchant "After disputing the charges with my bank I wanted to call and alert Chipotle to the possible security breach and speaking to a live person is literally impossible. When looking online at how to file a complaint I saw other people with the exact same complaint also in Newport Beach.Good food, if you are paying in person in Cash go for it! There burrito bowls are delish!!Otherwise beware!!
I never post about about businesses I never read the reviews as i don't take them seriously. I only hope the manager reads this. This chipotle has screwed up my online orders 7/10 times at least. They close at 930 consistently when it says 10pm on door and online. I order online and get double protein and its always one scoop. Today I went in with double protein reward to scan in person to make sure i got two scoops and was told it won't go through you can only redeem online. Never been an issue at other locations. Chipotle is great I love it and will be a customer but this location is not up to standard at all.
this is easily the worst chipotle I have ever visited or ordered. I ordered 4 times from here (3 online order orders and 1 dine in) and there were different problems each time. as soon as we got the wrong order. once again they were from herbal fajitas, because the wobbles and paprika went badly. another time we could not get burrito dishes because they were actually from the shaped paper dishes! Apparently it didn't come to them to try to get some bowls from another. never go into this load! go a bit further and go to the next chipotle. you're not gonna be sorry.
This store has gone down hill so bad its not funny the food has become terrible they are not friendly any more and don't listen to you when you order. They also don't give any change if you pay with cash and I think that is illegal. Last night they would not sell chips to a walk in customer the answer I got was they were keeping them for online orders that seems stupid to me sell the product to who wants to pay for it. They had 40 bags of chips on counters???? The manager of this store need to get control and RUN IT.
