We love Chipotle but this location seems to be going downhill. The portion sizes have become super tiny and the rice doesn't seem to be cooked all the way, brown or white but the brown was worse. They aren't as quick and efficient so they move slow when it's busy which is not typical for Chipotle. The staff seems like they don't want to be there and they aren't as friendly as other locations. I don't know if this is just because they've had a lot of turnover but I'm kind of sad to say I don't want to spend that much money on small portions of undercooked food. This was possibly the worst dining experience I've ever had, particularly when it comes to tacos. My order wasn't ready—or at least, it wasn't handed to me—until 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, leaving the crispy dishes a soggy mess. To make matters worse, the so-called "three barbacoa tacos" were incredibly disappointing. They contained only a few shreds of meat and a large chunk of fat; even if the meat had been ample, it wouldn't have been enough for a single taco, let alone three. Overall, it was an awful experience. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place if you're looking for something worth eating.
the waiting time to get their order when it is placed online is ridiculous and does not play any role when they pick up inside or through the chipotlane. the staff there is oblivious and does not recognize them or ask them to help them. the acidic cream is consistently casual and the food quality has gone downhill. the lane is by far friendly or even great it on professional wise. management is clearly not present and should therefore be ashamed and work on customer competencies
How hard is it to read the online order? I always think that next time they'll get it right, NOPE!It's nice to order ahead, but I guess anything out of the ordinary is unable to be filled. Extra rice, when there's a button for it, is too much to handle.I like Chipotle. I just know that I must supervise my order being made if I truly want to have the order made correctly.

Lame as all taco joints around. Wife grabbed 3 tacos steak with peppers and some cheese and they put 3 pieces of steak on each taco. Minimal toppings like it was Biden telling them to cut back and then charge 9 bucks for those 3 tacos. Chipotle use to be good. But now they're cheap garbage. Absolutely pathetic.
This has to be the stupidest thing I’ve been told! There was literally zero people in the store and I was told I could only order a quesadilla online, I was told they have a button and are able to ring it in but wouldn’t because of a rule at this location.
I jus wemt to pick up a order it was fast faster than they said. I was almost home when I got a call saying it would be ready in 5 minutes but i already had it 3 minutes from home. Fast and good he liked it
Great service. Some of the rice, I chose brown rice was over cooked and not appetizing. The staff here are efficient and friendly for as busy as the store was.
