Chipotle Mexican Grill

They were fully out of corn at 3pm... Lunch time. I asked how long the wait would be for them to make it and they said AN HOUR. she said I have to chop an onion for it still HONEY I COULD SHOW YOU HOW IN 5 MINUTES. NOBODY EVEN APOLOGIZED, THEY WERE IRRITATED THAT I WANTED TO WAIT FOR THE CORN SALSA ???? to top it all off, lazy salsa girl proceeded to come by the counter and stare at me while I tried to eat the meat cheese and sour cream that was supposed to be a steak bowl

I placed an online order for a quesadilla and I got a note placed on my bowl that they could not do my order. I didn?t realize this till I got home. I wish they would?ve contact me through my email or phone number that was provided when I first ordered. They didn?t even tell me anything about it when I picked it up. Poor communication and customer service.

I also got a side of guacamole, and when I pressed out the air, it was less than half full. It seems like a new regional manager has been assigned and is making poor decisions because the quality has seriously declined. The cost-cutting approach feels like something straight out of a bottom-tier MBA playbook.

I enjoy Chipotle, but this location didn't meet my expectations. My son received the last bit of carnitas in his burrito because they hadn't restocked their supply, which meant he ended up with very little of the main ingredient. It felt careless and unprofessional.

Ordered burrito bowl? CHICKEN burrito bowl? they were out of chicken at 7 pm? only one other meat available? Barbadoa. Tell me why I had to pay the higher price if that was all they had. If I had not been so hungry I should have turned and walked out.

The food was enjoyable, but it seems they've become a bit stingy with the ingredients. My salad had only about six small pieces of chicken and very little lettuce.

The serving size was only about half a bowl, and considering how expensive this meal is, it definitely shouldn’t be skimping on portion sizes. Réservez une table maintenant

Burrito tastes good but it was almost half the size of normal! I paid almost over $25 for this order for it to not be that much food

Consistently excellent and dependable. The food is prepared and delivered quickly. I absolutely love Chipotle!
