Came to chipotle after a day of shopping, expecting to get some great food as always!... negative. It was so hot in the facility, food was meh. Hope the temperature of the food was ok enough to not make us sick. All the portable air conditioning was towards the workers, which I get since they are by the grills, but they should have closed the place down, it was unbearable and couldn't enjoy the food. Would have took it home but by then it would have been soggy, the sour cream was extra runny and the guacamole was black. If I don't get sick tonight I might be back, but never to dine in. If they can't be considerate and make the dine in guests comfortable, they should only be open for take out...
I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant where they unexpectedly charged an extra $2.00 for adding a tortilla inside a bowl. Since when is there a $2.00 upcharge for that? I can't understand how this policy was created. According to their website, the max charge should be around 25 cents, yet this seems to be a unique practice at their Maricopa, Arizona location. I’m unsure if they have implemented a standard $2.00 fee for tortillas in bowls, but it's quite outrageous. To make matters worse, this additional charge isn’t mentioned anywhere online. I would appreciate some clarity on this, as it really detracts from the overall service experience.
I can't believe what happened during my visit today, May 17, 2023. An employee was cleaning the prep table with a tablecloth and then went on to serve me without changing her gloves. I expected her to switch to a fresh pair after cleaning, but she didn't. She actually used the same gloves to handle the lettuce that was going to go in my dish, which is a real food safety issue. She should have discarded the gloves she used for cleaning and put on a new pair for food handling. I was so disappointed that I decided to leave instead of continuing my order.
We arrived at the restaurant at 8:15 PM and were the only customers present. We had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment. The utensils were dirty, and the food area didn't appear to have been cleaned regularly. The servers seemed to be having a bad day; there were no smiles or warm welcomes. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. I wish all places could be like In-N-Out, where the staff is always welcoming and courteous to customers. Réservez une table maintenant

Very disappointed with my food tonight. I ordered two burritos. One was a normal size (big) and the other was smaller. The rice was crunchy. I told the cashier and he said, “oh we have a new person.” Well teach the new person the proper portions. And cook the rice all the way. Ya gotta do better Chipotle. Service: Take out
I've visited this restaurant a couple of times, and each experience has been enjoyable. The food is consistently good, and the service is acceptable. However, I do think there is room for improvement in keeping the dining area clean, as it can be challenging to find a tidy table.
