I am so disappointed with this location! My online order, which was supposed to be delivered at 9 am, finally arrived three hours late at 12:45 pm. To make matters worse, it was missing the pinto beans I paid extra for. The food was ice cold and soggy. I ended up wasting my gas driving there only to be treated poorly. When I spoke to a staff member, she told me that they couldn't issue refunds at the store and couldn’t remake my order because it was supposed to be delivered at 9:00 am. I explained that my order was late, but they offered me no compromise. I am very disappointed with this location and the rudeness of their staff. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not fresh, the floors were littered with trash, and the staff appeared to be unmotivated and slow. I watched one employee prepare my order with a poor attitude, giving me barely one small scoop of each ingredient for my $17 steak bowl. After spending three hours there, I returned to address the issue with my order. Unfortunately, the manager, Doris, who has red hair, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Ive been disappointed by this location multiple times. I placed an online order and picked it up. I got a bowl and all the ingredients on the sticker on the lid of the bowl was correct. When I opened the lid the bowl was completely wrong, like nothing I asked for was on it they pretty much put my lid on someone else’s bowl and I was already home when I found this out. So now I have a cold bowl with nothing I asked for on it and out of $15 for something I can’t even eat. There app and door say open til 11pm we have come here 4 times at 10:30 pm to get dinner and they have turned us away. The manager in the store told us to go away that they wanted to close early and then he waved us away and locked the door. Terrible customer service and if you state you are open to a certain time honor that time and do not close early just because you are being lazy. Réservez une table maintenant

This place has ruined chipotle for me. Found a rock hard black bean with white stuff on it in my food. Glad I didn?t break a tooth. I felt sick the whole next day nauseous diarrhea). Never again chipotle. ??

I bought a burrito and when I took it out the foil wrap the whole burrito came undone. They wrapped it like a quesadilla. I had to used a fork which defeats the whole purpose of getting a burrito.

The delivery service is outstanding, but be careful as they frequently forget to include the chips. I've placed several orders, and each time, they have consistently left them out.

My chicken burrito was packed with rice, salsa, and lettuce. I think there were only about four or five pieces of chicken in it. Then, the whole thing fell apart.

Very clean store. There was a big line when I entered but within 5-6 min it was my time to order. Service was quick and efficient! Will definitely re visit
