It?s really hit or miss. As early as 7pm they start ?running out of guacamole?? the ?online orders? side seems to have plenty of it, but for those who come in and stand in line- out of luck. Secondly- they seem to often run out of fajitas and as early as 7pm- not want to make a fresh batch. This place is convenient, but I find myself time after time driving up the street to the one at pike and rose. Mid day- the staff is better and the bowls are full and the stock is full. So I can?t fault them there? but for dinner, when you want it the most, always a big fail.

They give way smaller portion sizes for meat and guacamole than a typical Chipotle. We've politely asked for normal serving sizes a few times but they don?t budge. And now the usual staff will intentionally load up the orders of the people immediately adjacent to us in line while still intentionally skimping on ours and staring us down. So the staff is both petty and unprofessional. I don't recommend... Unless you're standing next to me in line. Jokes aside, we only go the Pike and Rose location now.
I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. They didn’t accept my gift cards, even though they had a balance, claiming they were not valid. Additionally, one of the staff members who took my order didn’t speak English well, which resulted in my order being incorrect. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Do you remember when you could get a bowl or burrito with chips for under $10 just a few years ago? It was made with quality ingredients and the overall experience was pretty great. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case, and things seem to be getting worse and worse.
Chipotle is one of the best places to eat, and it will always be my go-to choice when I'm unsure about what to eat. I really enjoy their bowl options. The staff at Chipotle is always very nice and friendly, no matter which location I visit, even in different states.
Chipotle is one of the best foods i had and that will be one if my default option when i am confused about what food to eat. I really like their options for bowls. Chipotle staff has been very nice and friendly where ever i go like in a different state orso.
Chipotle, in general is flavorless. I ordered pickup and somehow it took them 20 minutes past the agreed pickup time. It would have been 4x faster to wait in line. Also how do you charge for a tortilla? Just take your time and money to qdoba.

Did not accept either of my gift cards which had money on them saying they didn 't work. One of the ladies taking my order didn 't speak english and couldn 't take my order correctly. Will not be coming back to this Chipotle location.
