After waiting for about 5 min. and moving to the front of the line, an announcement was made that they had to stop serving customers in line due to a large online order. I was a little confused because there were 7 employees. I could not understand why we couldn 't be served with 7 associates behind the counter. It was repeated we have 10 mins. to complete the online order and they are a priority because they paid . I was really shocked. One guy in the back counted down the minutes as the staff was stressed and trying to move as fast as they could. I want make it clear, they were nice and polite. My friends and I arrived before the dinner rush and were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Our orders were prepared quickly and accurately, and everything we tried was delicious! As we enjoyed our meal, I observed that the staff efficiently managed our orders alongside multiple delivery service requests. However, there was a noticeable line for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub waiting off to the side. I did notice that the tables weren't being cleaned regularly, and there was quite a bit of trash left on them. Also, the trash bins were overflowing, so it would be helpful if someone could monitor that more closely.
This location is basically online ordering only. We went in and waited in line for 10 min just to be told that if we wanted tacos or a burrito we had to place an online order. They were only making bowls in the line. They said it was to control thenumber of orders but that makes no sense because we just walked to the side and place our order online anyway. And there wasonly one person in line behind us. This location has gone downhill over the past few years. We?ve had several issues and willnot be coming back anymore. I recommend the Chipotle on Mitchell Hammock instead.

Request guacamole on the side so you can add as much as you like. You can also ask for half the rice for a low-carb option. Don’t hesitate to ask for extra of anything—show them how much you appreciate their food!
If you want half sized bowls and a long wait time, you should definitely visit this chipotle. Now you have to pay around $30+ for 2 steak bowls and they fill them half way, if that. It's ridiculous. The inconsistency in their portions are out of this world, I come here almost daily and yesterday I got a full bowl, that I even had left overs. Today I got less than half a bowl, proof in the picture. Do NOT come here if you want something worth your money.
The restaurant boasts a delightful ambiance with wonderful aromas, pleasant music, and an outstanding team. The food was simply perfect—I would give it a perfect score of 10 out of 10! The staff was friendly and attentive, even when I requested several extras that I had overlooked. Willie, the manager, was excellent and took exceptional care of us!
On a brighter note, I always enjoy the music at Chipotle; they play great house tracks that create a lovely atmosphere. The cleanliness issue was the sole reason I deducted a star, but other than that, it’s a wonderful place for a quick meal. I hope this review is helpful for anyone thinking of visiting soon!

It's Chipotle—what more is there to say? I usually get the brown rice, black and pinto beans, lettuce, guacamole, and mild salsa in a burrito. If you're environmentally conscious, opting for the burrito is a good choice since it eliminates the need for plastic forks.
Good chipotle quality and surprisingly normal pricing for an airport location. I like to eat healthy(ish) when traveling and there are only so many sandwiches and salads a girl can handle.
