I went to wagamama yesterday with my two daughters and had a pretty unpleasant experience. the food was good, but my daughter found a stone in her ram. fortunately, she threw it out when she bite or swallowed it could have been quite dangerous. she reported it to the waiter at the end of our meal, which showed some straight to empathy, and said he will show it to the manager. but after talking to another employee he returned with a card machine, took our payment without comment on the stone. When I look back, I feel like I had fixed and/or asked to see the manager. overall this situation was made too easy and we felt quite ignored by the personal. it would have been nice to be recognized for...
