Loved the look of this place, set on the beach perfect spot for lunch for my husband’s birthday. The menu looked appealing, so in we went. Should have turned around and walked right out again! The waiter was so rude. He just about managed to grunt Hola, but literally did not speak to us at all again the whole time we were there! I try to ask in Spanish as much as possible, as I realise it can be rude to expect them to speak English, didn’t make an iota of difference, still nothing. We had a sharing fish platter that came out with bread, no butter for the bread, no condiments for the fish, so my husband got up and went and helped himself from their table laying station. Conocemos el Chiringuito desde hace varios años y ha cambiado de propietario desde nuestra última visita en 2018. Con los pies en el agua, el lugar sigue siendo igual de agradable. Hemos ido ya 4 veces La primera muy bien La segunda bien La tercera le faltaban varios platos,cosa que comprendo porque vino mucha gente en aquel finde,pero muy bien La cuarta vez....regular. le comenté de que las almejas habían salido mal,que puede pasar aunque probando antes el plato....no hubieran salido y ningún problema pero bueno. just the dress code of the staff tells you the place is international and touristic, well Bahia and the shirts fits together anyway. along the beach of malaga you find more classic chiringuito than here, but it's Estepona where everything tend to be a bit fancy we find out. anyway, the food is average to good (tuna tartar good done, the mussels served in a pan overcooked and dry) the service is very straight, i would not say rude as other raters say, that's not fair. the try to do a good job, can suggest you a nice wine as the know there product. the prices higher as all in Estepona but in gastro still ok (the hotels overpriced) so after all we had a good lunch here Réservez une table maintenant
Paella excelente, fritos tal vez no tanto y espeto de sardinas no hubo. Alcanza su nota máxima por tener una muy buena música pop en directo que nos gustó muchísimo. Precio ya conocido en la zona, unos 20€/persona pidiendo un plato por persona con bebida. He de decir que los platos son grandes afortunadamente.
