We totally align with the reviews we saw about service. Although management reaction is several times that they will take it into account, not much seems to be changed. We arrived at 16.40 hrs for a drink, even before we sat down a lady approached us without asking anything. We mentioned we wanted a drink and she told us that it ‘was until 18.00’ . It was not clear to us why because the lounge sets were not set for dinner. Also she did not even ask if we wanted to have dinner as well.
