The paella comes but to my surprise (the first time in 30 years) the waitress comes and tells me without wanting to fight that the order took it at 2:45 p.m., having arrived at 2:15 p.m. and that everywhere They take 20 to 30 minutes to serve, to which I reply that the rush was due to my 5-year-old son who was waiting for the rice.
