We got takeaway flathead and chips box. About a dozen different selections of fish and chip boxes including calamari, prawns and scallops or you can do individual servings. Cold cabinets of salad, tartare sauce and even sushi. Soy sauce, salt and pepper sachets available. Cold drinks cabinet and I saw a coffee jug. Pull in for cars or out the back door parking. I bought lunch here recently and it was well worth it. The fish (flathead) was very well cooked and the batter was light and crispy. The chips were golden and crunchy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside (as chips should be)....Unfortunately, I had a return visit and was bitterly disappointed. I don't know if they had a different chef, but the fish was soggy and oily, as were the chips. The meal was inedible and I bought sandwiches from a local milk bar. The meals here seem to be hit and miss
easily apprehended by the prices of fish and chips down at the dock in hobart we drove north and ended here. very simple take decor with benches to eat in, but really good fresh fish and very fair prices. one of our party...was allergic to chicken salt and the staff very friendly made completely fresh teig for him as the prepared teig contained huhn salt. a great thank you for going out of her to help.
I took my grandson here last year for a quick eat-in meal. The food was terrible, overcooked and there are no options for gluten-free choices only grilled fish which was grilled separately in frypan but not sure how clean it was. A place I would...never visit again.

we've been here twice in the last weeks. excellent tasting crumbentrevallla with beautiful cooked chips. generous portioning and friendly staff. the situation is not exciting so we have set ourselves off the river.
we have enjoyed fresh fish and chips, fish coughing before spot and very fresh. the price is considerably cheaper than in the big cities on the mainland
Tempura mushrooms are good the salads small but good quality and the chish and fips better than aerage. You can eat in or take away.
