I don't like them to use so many single use plastics and containers (plastic straw wrappings, plastic cups, polystyrene containers, etc. But the food is fantastic. I love their food and they have a lot of variety, but I get the restaurant because of the containers they use. Usually I'm not an environmentalist, but I think it's exaggerated, I also think the alternative options are cheaper.
Love this place and the outstanding people who work there. I’ve always received great service! The only thing I would change on their juicy burgers would be to toast the bun. It tends to get soggy fast. I just throw it in my air fryer and reheat for about 4 minutes. It makes the bun perfect.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING Great management and customer service with incredible food to boot! I got the chicken sandwich club and it was so juicy it blew my mind. Everything marinated and prepared in house. This place the epitome of fast food! Truly essential if you are in the area.
Great food and never a long wait for a person. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Drive thru or go to the service. Uses all wear masks correctly. All native Chicagoan approved. It's nice to find some good town trenches here in the West Tombs. Try the donuts!
