The chilaquiles at Chismosa come in red or green and are served with beans, salsa, cotija cheese, onions, and crema in a generous portion. Both versions tasted surprisingly sweet to me; I'm not sure what made them taste like candy (maybe the chimi?), but it's definitely not a complaint!
The West Cochina burrito is filled with pork belly, bacon, eggs, potatoes, and salsa verde. It's a nice size—substantial but not overwhelming, especially compared to the colossal breakfast burrito at Alpha Omega down the street that requires two hands and a bit of strategy to tackle. Interestingly, the burrito wasn't as sweet as the chilaquiles.

This charming little spot is a hidden gem with a lovely atmosphere and excellent food. This was my second time visiting for brunch, and the customer service continues to impress me—everyone is friendly and attentive! I always order the chicken and waffles, which are absolutely amazing. The raspberry lemonade is refreshing and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. It can get quite busy, so wait times may differ, but making a reservation makes everything much easier!
They don’t seem like they want your service here. They have signs stating “Kitchen closed at 2:30”, yet they rudely tell us the kitchen is closed when it’s barely 2:20pm. We didn’t come for food, but that and the fact the restroom was so gross, made us not purchase coffee and left instead. Yea the food looks pretty, but you should always judge a restaurant by its restroom, because it also speaks about the employee’s habits.
This was another coffee shop I checked out to work at. I'd say it was more of a breakfast place to come eat and get coffee and hang out with friends. There was not a ton of seating and it got busy so I felt bad for hanging around a long time. That being said it's super cute inside and they coffee and food were both so so good. I wish they had longer hours.

The coffee was clearly diluted, and the service was awful. We were never asked if we needed anything, and our food was served in takeout boxes. Given the price, I would definitely not recommend it.
