This is a charming pub brimming with character! The walls are adorned with many intriguing decorations that really add to the atmosphere. There's a lovely bar featuring a piano, along with comfortable seating areas perfect for hosting parties, as well as a smaller, cozy space. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more delightful! We enjoyed two Sunday dinners that were not only delicious but also very reasonably priced, with generous portions. There's even a small park outside for children to play in. I highly recommend a visit!
We visited this restaurant for a friend's birthday party and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and we decided to skip a full English when we went out for lunch later. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, which I really appreciated. We were in one of the private rooms, which was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was a bit small for our liking, but since it was just for one night, it wasn't a big issue. Overall, we had a great time!

Amazing pub. Visited here tonight after having to leave The New Inn due to terrible service. Great service and food, waitress who also works at Roddars was lovely and really looked after us. Food was great and also reasonably price. Will deffo be back. Thank you.

This is the second time we've eaten at this restaurant recently. We reserved a table for six on fairly short notice, and the food was excellent with generous portion sizes. We will definitely return! Service: 5, Location: 5.
Great spot for a drink when you're venturing into the heart of Cornwall. The accommodations may be compact, but they are modern. I would definitely stop by here again. Location rating: 4/5.
