Aweful service, the lady manger was very rude. They weren't even busy but very disrespectful and not accommodating and unapologetic for Thier disrespectful poor accomodations and coustomer service. The manager lady was fighting with other coustomer while I was there, she was very unprofessional and very nasty to the coustomer after he had done paying her. He was over charged....she has an attitude that's unappreciative in and environment that's supposed to be peaceful and happy and it was quite the opposite, it was full of tension and attitude arguing..... Never again going there
I wonder how this restaurant is still in business having this kind of poor customer service. I keep on going back to give them another chance and I’m sadly disappointed every single time. I’m not sure if this is from the upper up the management or the owner issue but the staff really needs to undergo a training on how to deal professionally with customers. It is so sad to see such a restaurant having such poor customer care and employees
very good service from the girl used to go to the cash box to eat at this place once in the week last time I got the chicken stuffed with sauce, as if someone had done it on purpose I came to complain one of the workers who smiled and enjoyed me in front of my face looked angry and nervous I don't think anyone can recommend it to go out of them to get diabetes! the owner must check for his employees
Portions are nicely sized and the food tastes pretty decent. The soup tasted rather old though. The waiter was demanding a larger tip which was rather rude, but apparently this only happens at this location. I would recommend this restaurant, but I would say you can have a better experience at the other location.
