Chocolate Taperia - Réserver une table

This place is schmoozy romantic. Great desserts, good service, fabulous on a cold rainy night. The only small negative would be the churros on the sharing platter, it was not good. I did notice, however, that the churros on the actual churros dessert on another table, was different. I am noticing with a lot of restaurants now, the churros desserts seem to have no soft centre and are too thin, why is this? Apart from that, will definitely return.

There are a great range of dessert restaurants in Adelaide, and unfortunately, I don't think that Chocolate Taperia is all that crash hot. Their 'Movie Night' dessert in particular was too sweet, and the 'ice cream cone' and mini milkshake really didn't taste very nice at all - but it did look great! Their brownie dessert was quite good though, so it may just be particular dishes that aren't that good.

We got churros alone and they were good - I'm not even a big fan of churros. The coffee (flat white), however, came in a mug and it was weak. My 10yo got the Movie Nite and it looked like fun. Surroundings were warm and smoky-smelling if a little cramped in the middle. Customers can use the toilet next door in Butterfingers.

Small cosy and romantic dessert restaurant! Food was perfect for the sweet tooth!! and hits the spot after dinner! Staff seemed uknowledgeable about some items available for sale and was pricy but worth it!!

Terrible serving size :( $15 for nothing went there for my birthday and was extremely disappointed. Won't be going back.
