My first experience at this restaurant last week was positive, but this time I faced some issues with my order through UberEats. One of my dishes was missing, and of course, UberEats shirked responsibility. I tried reaching out to the driver, but she didn’t answer her phone. I then contacted UberEats to let them know that while they included the sweet and sour sauce in my bag, they forgot the shrimp. Afterward, I called the restaurant, and they took down my phone number, assuring me that the manager would call me back—but I never received a call. This seems to indicate that they must get a lot of complaints about their orders and are ignoring them. I even added a note to my order asking them...
I ordered online for delivery and called back to add something to my order. However, they wanted to charge me another delivery fee. I explained that I didn’t want to pay two delivery fees just for adding to my order. They told me my order was below the minimum, so I requested a refund and wanted to cancel both orders. The girl on the phone said she would get the manager, but when she picked up again, she simply said, "Hello, manager." Miraculously, there was no additional fee after that, but it took over an hour to receive my food, which was absolutely terrible. I will never order from this place again.
We’ve ordered from them many times before, but this one occasion, being just $0.07 short, resulted in them turning us away—even though we live right around the corner! They even suggested that my husband should find something else to add to the order to meet the $12 minimum, knowing full well that anything else would easily put us over that limit. It’s hard to believe that they would prioritize a policy over customer satisfaction to this extent. Because of this experience, we will never order from them again. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is pure greed at its worst!
I just received my delivery order, and it was a disappointing experience. There was a strange white mayonnaise-like substance smeared on the lid, which ended up on the General Tso's chicken as well. It was quite unappetizing. Additionally, the sweet and sour chicken was delivered without the sauce. When I contacted the manager for a redelivery, they refused, and my partner was hung up on. The food was not only unappetizing, but the service was even worse. It's really a shame. I would recommend ordering from almost anywhere else. I've included pictures to show what you get for $50. Our first visit was disappointing; all the fried food was awful! The dumplings we ordered were supposed to be steamed, but they arrived fried instead. The crab rangoon was excessively crispy, with very little filling, making it nearly inedible. The Chinese pizza/scallion pancake was greasy and tough to bite into or chew. I reached out to the manager, who promised to call me back, but they never did. I called again the next day and received the same response, yet still no follow-up. It’s been a week, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I do not recommend this place!
I ordered food from this restaurant through Uber Eats, and it was quite disappointing. I got two spring rolls, but what I received was unrecognizable—there was absolutely no cabbage in them. I also ordered broccoli with garlic sauce, which was supposed to come with white rice, but I didn’t receive any rice at all. I highly recommend not wasting your time or money at this restaurant unless you enjoy throwing away cash.
I didn't receive all of the food I ordered, and when I called to address the issue, they lied about it, attempted to justify their mistake, and were quite rude. I had avoided this restaurant for some time, but after a good experience, I decided to give them another chance tonight, only to find that they truly do not value their customers. Their staff is unprofessional and untrustworthy.
I wish I had checked the reviews before visiting, as it would have helped set my expectations. The egg roll was disappointing—soggy and lacking in flavor.
