So you want good food and service with a smile? Shhh...here's my secret to a sensational culinary experience; Chopsticks Sushi BBQ in Wappinger 's I had a wonderful time when we went for her All You Can Eat Buffet dinner. The dining room is relaxing, with background music and TV while you wait. The servers were very friendly, attentive and refreshingly not looming. There was a little waiting, but it was worth WELL. Freshly made to order...big portions...with beautiful presentation. All we had was amazing! Thank you to all at Chopsticks for a wonderful experience. I can't wait to visit again.

Been there for lunch multiple times and have now gotten to go to dinner there. The lunch menu is priced right. The dinner buffet is fantastic. They make the food fresh and bring it to you as ordered. Staff is very polite and patient. The food itself is very well made and always fresh.

Very busy, so good service was a bit slow, but the whole waiter was friendly and attentive and ensured that our drinks were filled. Sushi was fresh and tasty, and there is enough variety and quality on all you eat menu to justify the $22.95 price. We will definitely come back!
