The service is excellent, and the menu offers a wide variety of choices. There's so much to pick from! They are prompt with their servings as well. I appreciate the opportunity to tailor my order, but I recommend being mindful of food wastage—don’t order more than you can eat, as they impose a 30% fee for excessive waste. The food is always delicious and fresh however the service can be extremely slow, even when there's only a few tables dining. We usually go for the all-you-can-eat buffet, the servers almost never come to take your orders unless we wave them over. Still, worth going for fresh sashimi and sushi rolls!
This restaurant is slow. Very slow. I've ordered food here a few times and its ALWAYS a significantly higher wait time then they say. It would be ok if it was packed in the restaurant but the last 2 times only 3 tables were sat and I had to wait 30+ min for a small to go order.
