Unbelievable me and my partner eat relatively frequently and have always enjoyed both service and food. Popped in today for a quick lunch before heading home only for the restaurant to not be handling cash which I’m aware is for safety reasons so it was overlooked. The fact that the restaurant had run short of the only vegetarian option I like (the potatoes) was absolutely appalling veggies are limited here anyway never mind when they run out of a topping. Absolutely ridiculous will be avoiding from now on would rather drive all the way to Cardiff branch than go here again. Would give it 1 star but my partners food was fine but he did agree that it was ridiculous.
We ordered online for me and my fiancé while she was on break. After placing my order I realised I made a mistake as we all do, I followed the steps to contact the restaurant I called 5 times!!! and tried to get ahold of them through the Deliveroo contact but with no success. After being on the phone for about 5-10 minutes I gave up. The order arrived with the wrong item which we couldn’t eat because my fiancé has an allergy to the item. Overall the other food was great but the restaurant is useless at answering the phone. This isn’t the first time we’ve tried to contact them
Very disappointed with recent visit. Had the medium which included 2 toppings. I probably would have had more toppings had I ordered the small. Only 4 pieces of chicken per topping, and not the most pleasant of people working there. The rice was very dry like it had been standing for a while, I overheard one lady come back to the counter to ask for a little more curry sauce as she was unable to eat her food due to it being so dry, to be told, no they not allowed and offered her soya sauce instead..really!!!
Ordered several Chopstix in the past and they have always been of a good standard but our most recent order was delivered with half the food missing and the food that was delivered was cold. Rung up to ask what happened and met with some very unhelpful customer service stating to ring back tomorrow and add it on another order… won’t be choosing Chopstix anytime soon.

Oh dear god. I wish I had skipped lunch. The only saving grace was the lovely lady that served us. Despite getting 50% off on the government discount it wasn’t worth it. Noodles tasted exactly the same as a pot noodle! Even if I was starving I wouldn’t bother eating here again. Only given a 2 star review as the server was lovely. Food SH .
Had delivery from just eat, usually I never ever have a problem and love chopstix but this time the chicken And noodles were lukewarm and only had 9 small pieces of the chicken, the noodles were only filled half way. Incredibly upset and disappointed by paying £10.50 for this.
Queued for 25mins in the Swansea one today in my work break evevntually got my food got to paypoint and they don't take cash stupid rule so i didn't have anything to eat for lunch they should do both
Great food and really tasty, really enjoyed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The prices were reasonable. Would visit again and enjoyed.

The meals were OK but the staff flatly refused Student Discount to so many of us. They should keep their words they advertise so much!
Order only half delivered and no refund. They questioned the validity of our claim and then said it was not their problem.
