The service is terrible, there is a sweet green up the road, go there. The salad I got from chopped was inedible, the server poured an entire bottle of dressing on my salad and said that was too much and was ignored. I should have walked out. Was my first time in chopped in months and now I remember why, it’s a hot pile of trash. Can’t wait for the corporate response attached below that will do nothing to address their garbage service.
The quality of the team is exceptional. Everyone in the establishment is attentive and caring. The manager, with his experience, ensures that the team and the food remain fresh, and he does an excellent job.
Chopt has quickly become my favorite spot! I absolutely enjoy the variety of salad combinations they offer. Plus, I'm a huge fan of their rewards program.

The salad was delicious and the portions were generous. The only drawback was that my European credit card didn't work.
