I really wanted to like this location but it's hard to when employees don't seem to operate efficiently and effectively as individuals nor as a team. Not sure who the managers are at this location but it was also quite disappointing to see new hires taking orders, not even knowing how to make salads, making countless mistakes, and not receiving any help from other coworkers at all. I had to literally help a new hire with making my order which ended up not even being appetizing; my avocado was wrongly smashed and basically made into a goop of guacamole in the cobb salad I ordered. I often enjoy Chop't salads around the city, and they're usually quite good. However, I ordered three salads from this location, and they were all disappointing. One even upset my stomach. The greens had a gritty taste, and some were wilted. A coworker of mine avoids this brand, claiming it tastes like "dishwater." After my experience here, I completely understand what she meant. The food just tasted off and unclean. After spending $35, I feel underwhelmed, queasy, and frustrated. Please make sure your food is fresh and improve your quality.
Really cute salad shop with a great variety of food options, all healthy yet delicious. Menu options are seemingly endless since you can always create your own. The portions for the salads are huge, and they?re just as filling if you get them in a wrap. Given that you could probably share a salad if you?re not that hungry, the price point is really good. Staff (very friendly) still seems to be getting adjusted to the new store, but it?s certainly a place I?ll be coming back to.
I?ve been getting chopt for years at several locations on Long Island and this salad from this location wasn?t what I was used to. The experience was terrible with customer service. I asked for a specific salad with no modifications and the staff still asked what I wanted in it. And when I got home to eat it the salad didn?t even looked chopped. All the ingredients were still whole. For the amount of money salads here cost they should be great and above standard.
Its a plain salad bar. Nothing special. Yes the salad was good fresh and lots to toppings and dressing but thats it. I saw a small variety of optional bowls but nothing that would make me go back. Beverage selection was a few dozen Lacroixs and diet pepsi. One ser of salt and pepper shaker that everyone gets to touch? Attention was respectful and minimal. For a first timer, not impressed. Maybe its meant to grab-n-go. 2 salads 2 la croixs $34 dine in ???????????
This is a fantastic place to enjoy healthier dining options. They offer a wide variety of choices, including both meat and meatless salads, as well as a selection of cold and warm salads, and wraps. I chose the Kale Caesar salad without any protein, and it was quite filling. I also had a slice of bread on the side, which complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, everything was great!
This salad is absolutely incredible! The quality and freshness of every ingredient are exceptionally satisfying. Each bite was even better than the last! The price is very reasonable considering the generous portion of greens you receive. This will definitely be my new go-to for a healthy meal!
