Chopt Creative Salad Co.

First time here and my bowl is extremely disappointing. I’m still in the parking lot trying to eat my lunch and feel compelled to write. The riced cauliflower is like warm mush, the veggies look like discarded bits, poor quality chicken, the bowl is only half full, and to top it all off the dressing tastes very processed. $17 for one bowl later (including tax and a tip for people who saw me walk in to pick up my order but didn’t even acknowledge me) and I will not be coming here again. Take your money to Happy and Hale, which is always fresh, delicious, and slightly more affordable.

I strongly advise against ordering pickup from this Chopt location. They get something wrong every single time, and they are rude if you go back and try to get them to fix it. Most of the positive reviews for this location are from years ago if you filter on the most recent reviews, you'll see that this location is pretty terrible. I would avoid!

This place is way too expensive, as we went here for dinner and just for salads for 2 people was almost $35.00! This is absolutely crazy when we could have had a nice sit down meal having steak for about this! Also the quality wasn’t that good neither! It was like feeding to the birds! Will not ever return here again

Everyone working was so kind to me. They offered me samples and was patient with me while I didn’t know what I wanted. You def get the bang for your buck hefty portions unlike other places that charge by weight.

I would not go back again! There was a lady bug in my food and when I called about it they acted so nonchalant like it was no big deal there was a bug in the food. Terrible.
